Coming to Estonia...
I was considering European Union as a destination to do my master abroad. Among EU countries, Estonia was one of the countries that could offer a quality and recognized program with my budget constraints. The admission process was very easy due to the helpful and friendly responses I got from my University. These facts won my heart over other alternatives I was considering.

Before coming here...
I should admit that I had close to no idea about Estonia. I knew it was a former Soviet Union country but being a part of the European union was a motivating factor for me.

Student life in Estonia...
The student life is much more active with many social events organized by student unions. In my country you are in a way left on your own to build you network and socialize. Other than that there seems to be less competition to be the best student, therefore a friendlier atmosphere among classmates.

Studying in Estonia...
The international exposure is always a positive side and a memorable experience. While Estonia does not offer world leading or cutting edge academic education, I can say that the outcome served my personal purposes of studying in Estonia, to a degree.

After graduating...
I think, I have drastically increased my chances of getting a job in Europe with the graduation from the international MBA programme.

Studying in Estonia...

It can be all you want. You can party like hell every day, or just focus on your academic studies, it is up to you. Estonia offers many options.

I miss the most...
The food of course. (No offence to Estonian cuisine.)

I liked to study here...
First and foremost, culture exposure. Getting to know new people from different countries and their characters helps you enhance your vision immensely. There is a huge difference between somebody who studied all his/her life in her home country, and somebody who travelled to several different countries and studied in different cultural environment. Student mobility is when you have classmates from 10 different countries (for me it was, Italian, American, Portuguese, Finnish, Estonian, Russian, Latvian, Mexican, German, French,…), but all speak the same language (English)

My future...
To get a job and continue being international.

The last thing I want to say...
Estonya; kimsenin bilmediği küçük ama büyük ülke.
(Estonia; the small but big country which nobody knows about)
